Building a venture firm is hard. I'd say it takes 5+ years to feel the benefits of compounding networks, thesis/strategy ideas & team. I can honestly say @chapterone is doing better work in the past year than in our firm history. We have been absolutely cooking this year. And these are only the investments that are publicly announced.
