after a week, i can confidently say that grass-fed whey isolate is indeed better probably has a + effect on recovery, but my immediate benefit is in digestibility leading to better absorption is my thought, less gas, and trips to the bathroom

for all my gym buffs, ive been using this whey protein for a decade (highly recommended)
almost time for a refill. ive been seeing grass fed options
are those better? if you take them, have you noticed a difference? either in digestion or actual recovery.
