Instead of providing clear and consistent regulatory frameworks, Korean regulators often resort to shifting blame to divert responsibility. Without well-defined rules, the industry is left navigating uncertainty, only to face reactive enforcement and penalties after the fact.
If the goal is to build a healthy digital asset ecosystem, what the industry needs most is clarity and predictability, not post-hoc enforcement.
