Honestly, one of the biggest problems with ERC-8183 is that it treats every transaction as if it has to go through a third party, even if everything is going perfectly smoothly between the two parties. This in itself makes one wonder why a successful transaction even needs additional intervention if the buyer is satisfied and the seller has fully implemented what was required.
