Chengdu plans to introduce 13 measures to support the development of OPC, with a maximum subsidy of 25 million yuan.

According to Mars Finance on March 23, the "Several Measures of Chengdu Municipality to Support the Innovative Development of Artificial Intelligence OPC" (draft for comments), jointly compiled by the Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology and the Chengdu Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, is currently open for public comment. The measures aim to build Chengdu into a new national hub for the development of the artificial intelligence industry and a global city for innovative AI application scenarios through a series of practical initiatives. The "Measures" comprise four parts: improving the functional layout of spatial carriers, deepening the innovation of talent attraction and cultivation mechanisms, accelerating the cultivation of new products and scenarios, and improving the innovation and entrepreneurship support system. Thirteen robust policies safeguard the development of "super individuals." Substantial financial investment is a significant feature of the "Measures." For example, it provides inclusive computing power support for OPC, with a maximum annual subsidy of 5 million yuan; for OPC projects that facilitate the transformation and application of AI research results, a maximum of 500,000 yuan per project and a maximum total of 3 million yuan in funding support will be provided.
