The plan proposes supporting breakthroughs in key technologies. Through methods such as "challenge-based competition," it supports various innovation entities to focus on key technology breakthroughs across the entire industry chain, including basic theory, computing power, data, algorithms, and applications. Key breakthroughs include adapting domestically produced AI computing chips and dynamically scheduling heterogeneous computing power, building an independent and controllable intelligent computing center architecture. The plan also focuses on multimodal data fusion modeling technologies in industries such as healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, energy, and education, researching blockchain and privacy computing technologies, and promoting the establishment of automated annotation toolchains in fields such as industrial quality inspection and financial risk control. Furthermore, it promotes the development of key technologies for large-scale vertical models, accelerates breakthroughs in key technologies for embodied intelligence and intelligent unmanned systems such as multimodal perception in robots and bionic dexterous hands, and supports the research and development of technologies and products related to intelligent sensors, EDA (Electronic Design Automation) design simulation tools, core materials, advanced processes, and key equipment.
