HACD does not make PoW usable by modifying PoW. It makes pure PoW usable by making its outputs inheritable. That is the real shift. Before HACD, PoW mostly secured ledgers and issued currencies. With HACD, a pure PoW output can become a reusable asset container. This means AI agent, art, culture, memes, and other assets are not just recorded on PoW. They can inherit PoW itself. For example, PoW on-chain generative art is not just art stored on a PoW network. It is ordinary art gaining a PoW-native way of being born, identified, and carried forward. That is why HACD matters. It is not PoW adapted for assets. It is assets becoming able to inherit pure PoW.
