I've been seeing Monad listings a lot lately. The price of $MON is currently quite stable at 0.27, slightly higher than the public sale price. Compared to other public sale projects, I'd give it a strong rating. Curvance is a native project on Monad, and also the largest lending protocol among native projects. Its TVL has surpassed $100 million USD. Congratulations @Curvance! I initially put a lot of money in here because the returns were really good, and they're still quite high now. Another good native lending platform is @Neverland_Money, a fork of AAVE. I've seen many people in the Monad community make money here. Hopefully, Monad will bring more surprises!
