The best way to make money from Defi at zero cost is AirDrop. I recently interviewed a guy who doesn’t consider himself an AirDrop supremacist, but he told us the story of how he made $1.9 million from AirDrop from scratch.
Here we take stock of 5 undervalued AirDrop projects that may surpass Aptos in the future.
01、 Mantle
Mantle is a Layer 2 modular blockchain under the governance of @BitDAO_Official. Mantle works with Eigen Layer and can benefit from EigenDA. (Translator's Note: The data availability service launched by Eigen Layer can significantly increase bandwidth) Mantle has raised 10 million BIT and 14 million US dollars for the test network. The test period is about six months and provides incentives for the test network .

02. Celestia
Celestia is a Layer 1 modular blockchain (Modular Blockchain). Unlike a monolithic blockchain, a modular blockchain will not solve all layer problems on a single chain. (Translator's Note: The following figure includes the execution layer/settlement layer/consensus layer/data availability layer. The modular blockchain will outsource some functions to the external chain to reduce the operating cost of the node.)
Celestia confirmed the issuance of tokens and raised $55 million in financing.
There is much to look forward to in 2023, including incentivized testnets and mainnets, which will for the first time combine trust-minimized light nodes with scalable data availability. This is also a big event that many people have been looking forward to since Satoshi Nakamoto released SPV clients in 2008. (Translator's Note: SPV, Simplified Payment Verification, simplified transaction proof, that is, the validity of the transaction can be verified without downloading the entire block)

For data availability, Celestia also deployed two test networks on Arabica and Mocha respectively, but these two test networks do not provide incentives. The test network with AirDrop rewards is currently only for whitelist users, and the whitelist has been locked. For other users, you can continue to pay attention and wait for opportunities.
03. Scroll
Scroll is a type2 zkEVM expansion solution. Equivalent to high-level language) Scroll raised an initial fund of $30 million from a team of collaborators and is still in testing network stage. Scroll’s previous Pre- Alpha test network has been upgraded to Alpha test network, and some results have been achieved:
- More than 15.4M transactions have been processed
- 1.8M blocks verified
- Verified over 641k batches of valid proofs with their Rollup contract and submitted to layer 1

04. Taiko
Taiko is a type1 zkEVM expansion solution. It has not yet issued coins and is still in testing.
Taiko's Alpha1 test network will implement the following functions:

05、 Fuel
Built using the Sway language, Fuel is the fastest-executing modular blockchain, as you will know if you have used it.
Fuel has not yet issued coins and is currently in the Beta2 testing phase. The Beta1 test network has ended with the following results:
- More than 130K transactions have been processed
- 10 Dapp released publicly

Finally, regarding increasing AirDrop yield, I do not recommend using the Sybil attack method. Instead, operate with no more than five wallets to maximize your chances of receiving an AirDrop.
At the same time, you must cultivate your own AirDrop operation strategically. My strategy is: within two or three months, use the protocol at least once a week.
