If you don't have a 6-figure cryptocurrency, one of the best ways to get tokens is to participate in an AirDrop.
ZkSync is coming, and Arbitrum tokens are rumored to be coming soon.
Below are 11 potential AirDrop opportunities.
1. ZkSync / OnchainTrade
@OnchainTrade is a perpetual contract DEX on the ZkSync Era testnet.
First, you need testnet tokens, visit https://goerli.portal.zksync.io/faucet and apply for tokens,
Go to https://beta.onchain.trade/trade/ and connect your wallet to the ZkSync Alpha testnet
• Click Test Tokens to receive tokens from the faucet
• Swap tokens
• Buy $OSD
• Go to https://beta.onchain.trade/pools
• Add Liquidity in any number of pools
At this point, the interaction is complete.
2. vela_exchange (confirmation AirDrop)
Vela exchange has been confirmed as an active beta tester AirDrop.
First, you need to connect to Vela.
• Go to: https://app.vela.exchange/?refer=B21RNSK2 or https://app.vela.exchange
• Connect Metamask wallet on Arbitrum chain
You need USDC to deposit Vela.
• To buy USDC, you can go to
Uniswap https://app.uniswap.org/#/swap
• Go to app.vela.exchange/account/overview…
• Click to deposit
• Deposit USDC
Now that you have USDC in your Vela account, you need to make some transactions. Since it's unclear how to become an "active user", we'll maximize our chances. I recommend using all trading functions: Buy, Stop Loss, Limit.
Before you get started, I suggest you err on the side of caution and use too much leverage.
Go to app.vela.exchange/trade
Short any trading pair (eg: ETH/USDC).
You can choose to keep the trade or close it outright, depending on whether you want to take the risk. If you want to try them all, you can use the other market features I talked about earlier.
VLP stakers may be eligible for AirDrop, I also recommend this as a reward test.
• Go to https://app.vela.exchange/staking/vlp
• Mint and stake some $VLP
• Transfer to https://app.vela.exchange/referrals
Copy the link and share it with your friends so they too can participate in the AirDrop and you can get the bonus.
3. Tribe3Official (potential AirDrop)
First, you need to register for the Tribe3 testnet whitelists: https://gleam.io/kfydk/testnet-access-request
Then, you need to request ETH on the Goerli testnet
• Go to https://goerli-faucet.mudit.blog
• Obtain test ETH according to the task
• Go to: https://testnet.tribe3.xyz, connect wallet and switch to Ethereum Goerli
• Request TETH (Test Token Transaction), but click "Get TETH"
Now you are ready to start trading!
• Click on "Transaction"
• Select any collection
I would trade AZUKI because I really like it.
You can check the chart to see how the Azuki floor price has changed over a period of 1 day.
You can also see 1-week and 1-month price changes.
• Approve token transactions
• Establish long/short orders
• You can use up to 5x leverage
In this example, I want to go long with 10eth and 5X leverage, which will cost more than 2 ETH .
You can click "Show Advanced Details" to view important information such as:
👉Contract size: The theoretical amount of Azuki you trade (here 0.6 Azuki represents my 10 ETH position, which represents 60% of the Azuki reserve price)
👉Your opening price
👉Your closing price
In the "Adjust Collateral" section, you can increase or decrease the collateral ratio.
I will reduce my collateral by 0.42 ETH, moving my liquidation price from 13.8 ETH to 14.7 ETH.
They created a leaderboard for those who enjoy competing (and maybe getting rewards) 👉 https://testnet.tribe3.xyz/leaderboard
4. Rage Trade
Rage Trade is the most Liquidity and composable perpetual contract agreement. The protocol is built on Arbitrum and plans to issue tokens in the future, with a current TVL of $15 million.
Here are the requirements that I think might be required to get an AirDrop:
• Have used protocol for at least 4 to 8 weeks (prior to arbitrrum Odyssey)
• Own NFTs on Arbitrum
• Sign Multisig agreement on Arbitrum platform
• Made a Gitcoin donation on L1
• L1 protocol snapshot voting (probably protocol snapshots on ETH and Arbitrum, such as Uniswap, sushi, 1INCH…)
• Make at least x transactions with ETH
• Bridge to other chains
was active before the Arbitrum Odyssey was announced
• Used Arbitrum Nova
Of course, this is just speculation, but I think we have enough information to qualify for the AirDrop.
6. Sentiment
Sentiment, a lending protocol built on Arbitrum, is still an early-stage project, but TVL has been growing since launch. The project will receive $2.4 million in financing in September 2022.
7. LiFi
• Go to https://transferto.xyz/swap
If you already have tokens on L2, you can skip this step.
• Choose to send ETH from Ethereum to USDC on Arbitrum, and choose the route with the lowest exchange rate. In this example, Multichain routing is used.
• Check and initiate exchanges
• Repeat the same operation to send USDC from Arbitrum to USDT on Optimism
• Repeat this by sending USDT on Ethereum's ETH
Loop as many times as you want.
Remember, a certain amount of trading volume will ensure you are eligible for the AirDrop.
• Visit https://opyn.co and click on “Trade Squeeth”.
• Trade by opening long/short positions.
• You can close your position at any time.
• Deposit at Crab Strategy.
This strategy can allow you to reap the benefits. I suggest you take a look at the documentation for more information.
• Become a Liquidity Provider (LP) https://squeeth.opyn.co/lp (I suggest you learn how UNI V3 LP works).
9. ZkSync
Transfer funds to ZkSync.
• Use https://orbiter.finance (no tokens)
• Use https://wallet.zksync.io/transaction/deposit (ZkSync bridge)
The transaction fee is around $0.5.
I recommend using both if you can.
• Exchange your $ ETH to $USDC and back to $ ETH at https://trade.zigzag.exchange
I think it's too late to play with the ZigZag AirDrop, but it might help with the ZkSync aidrop since it's an early protocol on ZkSync.
The transaction fee is $0.4.
• Go to https://pinata.cloud
• Upload content and copy its CID code
• Go to ZkSync Wallet -> NFT -> Mint NFT
•Paste CID and mint coins
The transaction fee is $0.04.
• Donate to Gitcoin Grants using ZkSync.
Once you need to checkout, you can choose to pay with ZkSync.
The transaction fee is $0.04.
• Visit https://portal.zksync.io/faucet and request testnet tokens.
You can check your balance.
If you have tokens, let's move on to the next quest.
• Visit https://syncswap.xyz, click "Switch Network", and you will enter the ZkSync Alpha testnet
• Click on the "faucet" to request more testnet tokens.
• Swap between testnet tokens.
• Add Liquidity to the pool using testnet tokens.
10. SYNTHR
SYNTHR is a synthetic asset protocol currently built on multiple chains:
• Aptos
•Ethereum
•Sui
•Sei
Basically, it allows you to build/trade Derivatives on-chain using permissionless financial contracts.
The project’s testnet will launch soon, and I’ll keep you updated.
11. ZkSync / Syncswap
Like Zigzag, synswwap is one of the early protocols built on ZkSync.
• Visit https://goerli.portal.zksync.io/faucet and request tokens
• Go to https://syncswap.xyz
• Click on the tap
• Receive test tokens in accordance with tasks
• Visit https://syncswap.xyz/swap
• Try exchanging several times with different tokens
• Go to https://syncswap.xyz/pool
•Click to create a new position
• Choose 2 tokens
• Click to deposit
• Unlock tokens and deposits
