CZ: Worked with CFTC for over two years, disagrees with description of many issues in its civil suit

BlockBeats news, on March 28, Binance CEO CZ issued a response to the CFTC lawsuit on the official website, saying that Binance has cooperated with the CFTC for more than two years and expressed disappointment in filing a civil lawsuit. "After preliminary review, the complaint appears to contain an incomplete statement of facts, and we disagree with the description of many issues," including compliance technology and the prohibition of access by US users, cooperation and transparency with law enforcement, registration and licensing, and transactions. It disclosed that Binance's current compliance team has more than 750 people, many of whom have backgrounds in law enforcement and regulatory agencies. $160 million frozen/seized in 2022 and 2023 alone. Additionally, CZ stated that he has two accounts with Binance: one for the Binance card and one for cryptocurrency holdings.
