TurtSat is a community-driven, open platform based on Ordinals, aiming to become the Gitcoin of Ordinals. Anyone can use TurtSat to build, donate, and influence Bitcoin Ordinals and BRC-20. TurtSat will build three core business modules: a donation protocol, an indexing service, and an open-source tool platform for Ordinals.
1. Donation Protocol

The Donation Protocol is about to be launched in the near future. It is a new BRC-20 Token issuance protocol. Compared with the current mainstream BRC-20 Mint Function, it can significantly reduce users' GAS expenditures through bundled minting while taking into account fairness, thereby alleviating information congestion on the entire network.
In addition, you can choose to use the GAS saved from issuance as the early income of the Token issuer to ensure the long-term development of the issuance project.
The implementation of this protocol is mainly divided into three parts: dynamic UTXO fragmentation, automatic engraving, and PSBT Exchange.

2. Indexing Service
Unlike Ethereum, indexing services are crucial in the Ordinals ecosystem. Currently, UniSat provides a crucial indexing service, driving and supporting the development of BRC-20. However, in the long term, multiple indexing providers will be needed, adhering to unified indexing rules and cross-checking with each other to ensure there are no indexing conflicts and further safeguard the healthy development of BRC-20.
3. Ordinals Open Source Tool Platform
The Ordinals protocol presents a high barrier to entry for EVM developers. Furthermore, the Ordinals ecosystem is still in its early stages, with weak infrastructure, significantly hindering EVM developers' entry. TurtSat will open up related services and tools in the future to lower the barrier to entry for developers, and we look forward to seeing more projects launched on TurtSat.
TurtSat envisions a world shaped by community-driven positive change on Ordinals, collaborating with some of the most influential organizations and partners to drive the future of the Ordinals protocol and the Bitcoin ecosystem. TurtSat will help people build, fund, and protect what matters to them on Ordinals.
TurtSat and Galxe jointly launched the Bitcoin Pizza Festival on the 19th of this month, which is currently in full swing. TurtSat will give out 20 Free WL rewards to users who participate in the event.
TurtSat plans to launch an ecosystem airdrop and public donation campaign at 1:00 PM UTC on May 23, 2023. The airdrop will target holders of popular assets in the Ordinals ecosystem and participants in community events. The Ordinals ecosystem includes ORDI, VMPX, BitcoinForgs, PixelPepes, UnisatOGPass, BitcoinWizards, DogePunks, Misprints, and JOMOHippo. A snapshot of these popular assets was completed at 11:00 AM UTC on May 20, 2023, covering a total of 30,444 eligible addresses.
TurtSat will be open-source, fair, and always accessible. As the pricing of Satoshis approaches, we invite you to join TurtSat and jointly advance the Bitcoin network and the Ordinals ecosystem.
