According to ChainCatcher, Christine Kim, Vice President of Galaxy Research, published a summary of the 132nd Ethereum Core Developer Consensus (ACDC) conference call. This week, developers discussed the preparations for the first Pectra developer test network (Pectra Devnet 0), and discussed related specifications and two research projects. Developers also discussed EIP-7251, EIP-7549, and unresolved issues related to Electra.
In response to these issues, developers proposed solutions and plan to finalize them this week. In addition, developers also discussed a new EIP that aims to create a universal EL request to simplify the message transmission process.
