Some self-selected US stocks or indices, with rather personal opinions, leaning towards long-term holding, and based on the assumption that I had 10 million. 1: Alphabet, 2 million. I use their products daily: Google, Chrome, YouTube, Gemini, etc. The search business and cloud are cash cows; Gemini is a rising star in AI; Waymo and others are potential growth drivers. I bought a few Alphabet tokens, found a brokerage channel for stablecoin deposits and withdrawals, and officially became a shareholder. Aside: This company didn't listen to Dongda's advice back then, sticking to its principles and decisively exiting. I thought it was a good move at the time; it's a stock Dongda opposed. 2: Amazon, 1 million. I followed this company when I was in e-commerce. They sacrificed short-term financial profits for free cash flow, building their own warehouses for user experience. Recently, their financial report mentioned increased investment in AI, which scared investors. I don't think it's a big deal. It reminds me of their long-term unprofitable infrastructure development, refusing to tolerate Wall Street's ruthlessness. Buying it now indirectly means buying Anthropic, riding the wave of hype. 3: Nasdaq QQQ, 2 million. Technology is the primary productive force. 4: S&P 500, 5 million. America's national power, innovation, and capital are things that don't require much thought.
