To a layman, both the DAO and Labs = Aave If everything was 1 company and fees were clearly defined, e.g 10% team 90% aave holders, it wouldn’t undermine confidence Labs/DAO was meant to be a reg arb but they started taking the distinction seriously, which was a mistake.
