I posted this on March 21: "The administration -- facing increasingly tough prospects in the midterm elections -- could take some type of high-profile action on BTC as part of a larger agenda to boost voter turnout." If the war starts to quiet down (which now looks possible), watch for the administration to turn its attention to domestic affairs in an attempt to reclaim momentum and boost sentiment that's been lost at the gas pump and elsewhere. This would be the "larger agenda" and it could include various types of stimulus etc. Should be watched closely in coming weeks and months.

I've been saying that the increasing utility of BTC as an asset to own is not sufficiently recognized by the market. By the way, as of today, the variable rate on this product is down to 4.11%: x.com/MacroScope17/status/2022...… It should go without saying that this is incredibly attractive for a wide range of borrowing purposes.

I’ve visited El Salvador four times since 2023. After each trip, I get asked about business and investment opportunities in the country. There are tons of them. Here’s just one example. Take a look at the photos below. Any visitor sees this immediately: a huge construction boom throughout the country. In the capital, the skyline is changing and cranes are everywhere. It’s not hard to predict huge demand in coming years for residential and office furnishings, accessories, and related products and services. Businesses and investors in this area should do very well. Again, this is just one example. Advice: When entering the country as a business or investor, it's good to partner with an existing Salvadoran business if possible. As of today, the variable rate on this product is down to 4.12%. That’s the lowest I’ve seen it. The one-month average rate is 4.36%. Should be emphasized: Product innovations like this make BTC an even more useful and attractive asset to own.
