Gauntlet and Resolv met today to discuss next steps. We are confident a positive outcome will be achieved for suppliers of affected Morpho vaults via remediation from Resolv. Gauntlet is also working on a compensation plan, if required. We will provide further updates as the situation develops. Liquidity update: USDC Core on mainnet has $11.52M in liquidity. USDC Frontier on mainnet has ~$350k in liquidity. Prime, Gauntlet USD Alpha and other Gauntlet strategies on our vault platform are not impacted.

Liquidity continues to improve in Core and Frontier. USDC Core on mainnet has $4.95M in the wstUSR/USDC market with $2.91M in liquidity USDC Frontier on mainnet has $1.09M in wstUSR/USDC, $479K in PT-RLP-9APR2026/USDC, and $374K in RLP/USDC markets with $1.05M in liquidity The Resolv USDC vault on mainnet has $1.03M primarily in RLP/USDC, USR/USDC, and wstUSR/USDC markets We will share more as the situation evolves.

At 2:21 AM UTC, Resolv’s USR contract experienced an exploit where $50M Resolv USD (USR) was minted for approximately $100,000 USDC. We will share additional updates as the team responds to the active situation and manages liquidity. Most Gauntlet vaults are unaffected. A few high-yield vaults had limited exposure. We are working to monitor liquidity and will continue to share updates.
