🚨 HAS CRYPTO BEEN IN “WINTER” SINCE EARLY 2025? According to a recent Chia by @Matt_Hougan, CIO of @BitwiseInvest, the crypto market actually entered crypto winter in January 2025, it's just that many people didn't realize it then. Bitcoin has now fallen nearly 40% from its peak, Ethereum has dropped over 50%, and other altcoins have fared even worse. 👉This is no longer a "correction within a Bull market," but a genuine downturn, quite similar to what happened in 2018 or 2022. What many find confusing is that good news keeps coming out—ETFs, institutional investments, legal changes, adoptions, etc.—but the price still keeps falling. Because during crypto winter, good news rarely has an immediate effect. The market doesn't react with excitement, but rather with apathy and weariness. According to Matt, not all assets experience the "winter" in the same way. Those heavily supported by institutions through ETFs or Treasury decline less, while most purely retail altcoins entered their winter very early. 👉 In other words, retail has entered this phase since the beginning of 2025, it's just that institutional money has masked that feeling in a few large assets. However, crypto winters in history don't last forever. Usually, they don't end with any good news, but rather when everyone is discouraged, exhausted, and no one wants to talk about the market anymore. 👉 And according to Matt, if we look at the timeline, it's possible we're near the end rather than the beginning of this phase. Do you guys think the current market feels like the middle of winter, or are we just entering this phase? 🥹 twitter.com/MarginATM/status/2...

🚨 DON'T BELIEVE THE MARKET WILL RECOVER, BUT PANIC IS CAUSING PRICE DROPS AGAIN? The market has been undergoing a significant correction in the past few days. Actually, most traders had anticipated this scenario. It's clear to everyone that the market isn't performing as expected this season; there's no longer an altcoin season, and the general feeling is one of disappointment and frustration. But despite the disappointment, many still cling to a glimmer of hope. They're not entirely certain the market will recover, but they're also not ready to give up completely. And it's precisely this state of uncertainty that causes the most mental exhaustion. When prices move sideways or rebound slightly, hope returns. But as soon as the market makes a sharp correction, emotions turn extremely negative again. From waiting to panic, then beginning to doubt one's own decisions. 🔻 Some people bought at unfavorable prices, so each price drop puts more pressure on them. 🔻 Some people hold onto things they don't really understand, so when prices drop, the only thing they can cling to is seeking advice from anyone they can. 🔻 And some people place too much importance on the market in their lives, making it difficult to remain calm. So that feeling of panic is not unreasonable. It doesn't come from the price drop, but from the fact that already weak Capital has been tested once again. The market downturn is merely a catalyst. Often, the most powerful influence comes from an individual's own internal state. What's your current state, guys: still waiting for a rebound, or starting to doubt your decision? 🥲 twitter.com/MarginATM/status/2...
