Those who dismiss everything as a “shitcoin” don’t understand the massive synergy between Bitcoin and the broader crypto ecosystem. Day 9 at sea: The helicopter resumed operations and continued transporting supplies to the island just after 06:00 in the morning. However, due to the short weather window, we were unable to bring additional personnel ashore today. Tomorrow morning is still expected to be good, so flying operations will continue. twitter.com/satofishi/status/2...

Day 8 at sea: I woke up this morning at 09:40, just in time for the helicopter practice. In the afternoon, when the weather improved, we began flying supplies and personnel onshore. The first test flight took off at 17:02, and we continued with two more passengers and three more cargo round trips until 19:05. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to get on the helicopter before sunset. We will continue transporting the remaining supplies and personnel to the island tomorrow. Hoping the weather will be good.

Day 7 at sea: Today is our arrival day. We officially entered Norwegian territorial waters at 06:35 (UTC+1) and spotted Bouvet Island for the first time around 9 am. Our ship is currently holding position about one nautical mile northeast of Bouvet Island. According to the x.com/satofishi/stat…

Our ship is currently holding position about one nautical mile northeast of Bouvet Island. According to the weather forecast, there may be a window of good weather just before sunset tomorrow. Day 6 at sea: There are not many icebergs around Bouvet Island compared with the deeper Antarctic waters, so we were fortunate to spot one this morning. Last night we were positioned 280 km north of the island. Because of the wind and waves, we have since made our way to the eastern side and plan to approach from there. According to the weather forecast, we may encounter waves of up to 7 meters tonight. Right in the middle of the “Furious Fifties”, living on board does not feel any worse than it did on the first day. As of 2026-02-27T00:00Z, our ship is located 70 km east of Bouvet Island, at 54°06′S, 4°23′E, moving slowly at less than 5 kt toward our destination.
