I looked into this. Org theory doesn’t translate well bc 1. Agents have very strong context and role switching vs humans, so specialisation is not necessary 2. Shared implicit org knowledge is weaker, but shared explicit knowledge is stronger “Swarms” makes more sense imo

I think agentic AI would work much better if people took lessons from organizational theory, which has actually spent a lot of time understanding how to deal with complex hierarchies, information limits, and spans of control. Right now most agentic AI systems seem to pretend

What a lot of people still don't realize is that payment rails are only half the battle, the other half is the on/offramps - which are still non-existent for crypto in many countries This is why stablecoin adoption for these tradcos like Western Union are a big deal

Why didn’t stablecoins just organically disrupt visa and stripe and every MTO or payments processor? Because the interface with the customer is the key. In my opinion, banking overhead is going to compress, MTOs that have a strong customer relationship will earn more and those x.com/aeyakovenko/st…

It's been truly insane to watch these traditional payments/remittances companies move toward stablecoins. In addition to finally enabling truly instant global money, it means that the exorbitant, salary-eroding fees they charged poor people will no longer be on the table.
