HL boys gave me shit for clowning the token, but like I said earlier I think the platform is great. It gave you the option to long crude right at the bottom, which is a difficult commodity to have access to as a beginner trader. The only thing I wish is if the platform did not have leverage. Now that they're offering tradfi contracts aswell, I hope their deleveraging algos work properly, because the exchange itself puts itself into risk by offering leverage, which could lead to the drainage of HLP vault. I understand Jeff's vision, but I think operating HL as a business would've been a better idea.

$HYPE I don't think this is a pretty looking chart. Onchain perpetual trading is a brilliant idea, and Hyperliquid has executed it better than anyone. But most of the time there's a disconnect between how good a protocol is and how the token actually performs. Yes, trading fees go towards buybacks. That's good tokenomics on paper. But most HYPE tokens were airdropped, which means the cost basis of most holders is effectively zero. When holders have nothing at risk, conviction is weak and the path of least resistance is to sell into any strength. Layer on top of that a vesting schedule that extends all the way into 2027, and 38.89% of total supply still earmarked for future emissions and community rewards. That's nearly 400 million tokens that haven't even hit the market yet. Buybacks are fighting a war on multiple fronts: zero cost basis sellers, insider unlocks, and a future emissions could dwarf anything the fee mechanism can absorb in the near term. tl'dr - Love the protocol, not the token. I'd be interested below $20.

I don't want to doompost, but two charts tell me this tension isn't resolving in a week. Crude inverted has 100+ targets in play. If the $TLT selloff continues, 10-year yields could hit 7%. Here's my read: The Epstein files created a pressure cooker. When you have compromising intel on the most powerful people in the world, that leverage doesn't disappear. It gets used. The timing of this Middle East escalation isn't random. Trump ran on "America First." Most Americans are living paycheck to paycheck, uninsured, and exhausted. Nobody voted for another war. Yet here we are. So why is he going along with it? Because the *redacted* got him by the balls. That's why. The bill for all of this will be handed to the American taxpayer. Inflation, oil prices, and a defense budget that never shrinks. America First was always going to collide with the interests that actually run Washington. We're watching that collision happen in real time.

COVID was a crime against humanity. Pharma companies profited billions. Governments solidified their power. Thousands of small businesses had to close because they couldn't outlast the quarantines. Old people who needed social interaction were locked into their own homes. Millions are now regretting getting vaxxed. Yet when I approached it with skepticism, check the hate I received from these comments. NPCs will do NPC things. Never hesitate on speaking your own truth.

So the whole world is going under quarantine for 10.000 deaths worldwide? Did you know that in US alone over 600k people lost their lives to heart diseases at 2017? Something smells fishy ..

Here’s some hopium before I hit the bed. Total crypto market cap vs. the S&P 500 just tapped a significant order block. A couple of things to keep in mind: Crypto is still an emerging market, volatility is part of the game. But over time, finance will always gravitate toward faster transactions, self-custody, and cutting out middlemen who collect fees and add little value. Crypto’s competition isn’t fiat. It’s the banking system. Still early.
