What I can really tell you and advise you is this:
if you're serious about working in this sector, leaving Italy becomes almost a must.
First point: to avoid future tax problems.
Even when you try to do everything correctly, the risk of finding yourself in absurd situations always remains. It's a system that often doesn't protect those who create value, but rather puts them under pressure.
Second point: because it makes no sense to give away a huge portion of your work to people or organizations that don't contribute the slightest to what you're building. Your time, your risk, and your skills have value.
Third point: if you're young and still have a long road ahead of you, leave.
Go where you can grow, better structure yourself, and make your business more efficient and profitable, without having to pull the brakes every day.
It's not an escape.
It's a strategic choice for your future.
