one cool unlock that can happen with tokenized equities, imagine you have a wrapped version of MSFT (think wstETH) with embedded dividend reinvestment + tax deferral even assuming there's no other activity, wMSFT would create ability to have Roth IRA-type tax advantage without the income or age requirements

private companies are a great place for the experiments to happen and they'll likely seek to keep their stock tokenized once public vs shifting massive legacy systems I think this all will end up making IPOs much more attractive again

DePIN is critical area for the future and it's awesome seeing the @SECGov being thoughtful about it Providing tokens as payment for services rendered in an infra network like this should not be considered a securities transaction and it's great to SEC reach that conclusion
