Everyone wants to embrace AI technology, but most companies are still in the first stage, by @annimaniac.
The challenge for AI-native organizations is shifting from the individual productivity of founders or a few employees to whether the entire company is truly changing its operating model. Judging AI maturity shouldn't just be about whether AI is used, but about whether AI can access organizational information, actually perform tasks, be extended by non-engineers, and change the organizational structure.
From L0 to L5, maturity gradually evolves from performative use, personal tools, and team processes to organizational infrastructure and automated operating systems. The true endgame is when AI can proactively identify problems, make decisions, and execute, while humans focus on strategy and risk assessment.
