USD1 has recently launched several practical new features, enriching its use cases and usability. @worldlibertyfi 1️⃣ Binance Wallet Perpetuals Launched USD1 trading of BTC, ETH, and SOL perpetual contracts offers more favorable fees: 0bps for pending orders and 0.5bps for take orders. It also allows participation in Aster's WLFI incentive program: ▪️Up to 2.5 million WLFI tokens in trading rewards per month, distributed weekly. ▪️Eligible USD1 holders can receive additional monthly incentives. ▪️USD1 can be used directly as margin collateral. 2️⃣ BitGo Institutional Support Implemented BitGo's newly launched Mint platform supports USD1 from day one, a significant development for institutions. Institutional clients can now complete USD1 minting, redemption, and management within BitGo's custody system in a one-stop manner, greatly simplifying the previously cumbersome process that required multiple external service providers. The platform offers policy-controlled custody, built-in compliance reporting, and institutional-grade services supporting high-frequency, high-volume transactions. The expansion of USD1 onto institutional infrastructure is becoming increasingly seamless. 3️⃣ The First USD1 Vault Launches on Morpho In the DeFi space, the first USD1 vault on Morpho has officially launched. This vault is backed by collateral from Reservoir, curated by Steakhouse, and currently deployed on the Monad chain. Users can simply cross-chain USD1 to Monad via LayerZero, then deposit it into the vault to participate in lending and earn yields, currently at an annualized rate of 16%+ (fluctuating). Overall, USD1 is gradually expanding from a single stablecoin to multiple areas including perpetual trading, institutional custody, and DeFi yields.
