1/ Midweek Crypto Derivatives Report The vol curve came in this week and the front did the work. $BTC 30d ATM IV softened 3.9 vols to 33.9 (from ~37.8 last Wednesday); $ETH 30d slid ~50 to ~46. The shape stays in contango - so this is a parallel-down move, not a regime flip - but the front compressed roughly twice as fast as the back. WLD recorded $2.38B in global perps. 24h volume, ranking 6th and placing between ZEC ($3.68B) and NEAR ($2.3B). The token's 1W Rel. volume stands at 6.51, the highest among the top 10 assets by 24h volume.

HYPE hit an all-time high of ~$62.7 and is currently trading around $58. ATM implied volatility on Derive rose across the term structure alongside the price rally, with 1W IV reaching 97 vols and 1M 98 vols earlier today. Since then, 1M IV has pulled back to 84 vols while 1W remains elevated at 96. Since May 14, when the rally extended from $38, 1W IV has risen by 45 vol points and 1M by 38 vol points to their respective intraday peaks.
