Honestly, one of the biggest problems with ERC-8183 is that it treats every transaction as if it has to go through a third party, even if everything is going perfectly smoothly between the two parties. This in itself makes one wonder why a successful transaction even needs additional intervention if the buyer is satisfied and the seller has fully implemented what was required. If agents are transacting continuously, the number of exceptions and disputes scales with transaction volume. Human-only resolution becomes a throughput ceiling.
