Vitalik already made a place for Spammers. It’s called Ethereum. I don’t think it’s wise to make more places for spammers on or adjacent to Bitcoin. If you know, you Knots. Filters up. ✊🏼🫡

So the thinking is to make a place for spammers to put data (as the prevalent thinking is you can't stop spam 100%), which noderunners can completely reject and doesn't impact their node, but miners can mine to earn some money. And you limit scripts so they can't be used to stuff
