The headline is more doomer than the article, which explains the market conditions for nuclear optimism (paywall alert). Side note: I feel that legacy media journalists will soon need to move beyond interviewing @NucSafetyUCS, Allison Macfarlane, and @Dr_A_Stein in every single nuclear article if the medium is to survive. On the other hand, I'm glad they include Adam's well-reasoned and positive voice these days!
