Kimi K2.5 is #1 on OpenRouter this week. It's ahead of Gemini 3, Claude Sonnet 4.5, and DeepSeek V3.2. @Kimi_Moonshot now holds ~11% of OpenRouter's total market share. A year ago nobody outside China had heard of them. The open model race is NOT slowing down.

http:/AI.com just sold for $70M to http:/Crypto.com co-founder Kris Marszalek. Highest price ever disclosed for a domain name. He's building an AI agent product on it. When a crypto billionaire decides the most valuable two letters on the internet are A and I, that tells you everything about where consumer technology is heading. The convergence of crypto infrastructure and AI agents is accelerating faster than most people realize.

OpenAI just released their playbook for agentic development. Key insight: http:/AGENTS.md files that teach your AI your specific codebase, updated every time it makes a mistake. The agent gets smarter about YOUR project over time. This is how AI coding goes from demo to

Software development is undergoing a renaissance in front of our eyes. If you haven't used the tools recently, you likely are underestimating what you're missing. Since December, there's been a step function improvement in what tools like Codex can do. Some great engineers at

Tyler is right: AI agents will need crypto. They need to pay for services, get paid for work, build reputation across platforms. No bank will give them an account. @virtuals_io has been (once again ahead of the curve) building the missing infrastructure: one command gives your agent a wallet, payments, and the ability to raise capital. The robot economy needs rails.

The AI crowd dismisses crypto. The crypto crowd overhypes everything. But there's a real thesis here: AI breaks the internet's core assumption that one account = one person. Blockchains restore that - not through detection, but by making it cheap to be one participant and expensive to be many. That's infrastructure, not speculation. x.com/a16zcrypto/status/201911...…

I’ve been calling agents the app layer for crypto since @virtuals_io went parabolic in Nov ’24. What’s hitting now with these hyper-personal agents using @openclaw could be a real inflection point for on-chain velocity: - Agent-to-agent (A2A) payments - Proof-of-execution - Intent marketplaces And all the plumbing is already here: scalable blockchains, x402, ERC-8004.

was doing some reflection on @base and @virtuals_io Virtuals and its Ecosystem tokens has: > 9.89% of trading volume of all Based tokens (on CEX's and DEX's) > 9.45% of trading volume on Base chain (excl. stables and majors) > brought 53,554 new unique users to Base (of the 164k total users in our eco) > 30% of x402 volumes > 22% of unique users on x402, all-time > 26% of mcap of all AI projects in crypto, where most liquidity has been housed on Base > brought 120+ doxxed founding teams to Base (way more undoxxed) DeFi brought liquidity NFTs brought culture Virtuals brings repeat economic actors (agents + humans) i think we've helped a lot of base folks get their xmas bonus this year ;)
