The NCAA says it has filed a lawsuit against DraftKings over copyright infringement for the use of several March madness phrases. NCAA makes it clear it is doing this because of the “false suggestion” the NCAA has “authorized or endorsed” sports gambling.

NEW: During an almost two hour roundtable, President Trump said he will write a second executive order to govern college sports. He didn't say what would be in it, but expects it to be challenged in court.
