WARNING: RISKS WHEN SELLING GOLD AT DOJI – WE REQUEST CLARIFICATION FROM THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES (This article is copied from Đoàn Quý Dương's post on the page "Buying, Selling, Exchanging 9999 Gold, BTMC, DOJI, PNJ HN (excluding SJC)". Link is in the comments below.) I would like to Chia : *On September 5th, 2022, I went to Doji Le Duan to inquire about two 1kg gold bars for display purposes. I am not a gold trader. Doji informed me they did not have whole 1kg gold bars, but they did have large pieces. I agreed to buy four large pieces as shown on the invoice and in the video. *On the afternoon of January 29, 2026, when the price of gold peaked, I decided to sell the gold at Doji Le Duan. The purchasing managers (one male, one female) at Doji told me the following main points: I want to sell all this gold. Doji: The company only buys back a maximum of 8 taels per person per transaction, and only buys gold that has been "refined" or "purified." (I myself don't understand what "refining" or "purifying" means.) Me: Why is it that when I buy in bulk, Doji sells, but when I sell, Doji doesn't buy everything, and there's no warning whatsoever when I buy? Doji: Who's selling this gold to me???? Me: I bought it at Doji, I have the receipt and video here, why are you asking who sold it to me? *Doji: (They took my invoice and ran off to report to their superior or something) then they returned the invoice to me and said they wouldn't buy that much gold, suggesting I leave and that if I wanted to sell it, I'd have to go through a "purification" process to get it into 8 taels/time before they would buy it. Doji: A female manager at Doji threatened me, saying, "Using this gold for trading is against the law." Me: If this transaction is illegal, then Doji itself is the one creating the problem and is responsible for it because Doji is the one selling to me. Doji woman: How can I prove that this gold was purchased here, since there are no logos, labels, or certifications? After the argument, the Doji employee left, leaving the security guard to ask me to leave the company. I was really angry and had to go home. On the night of January 29, 2026, the price of gold plummeted, so on the morning of January 30, 2026, I decided to go to Party B to sell quickly while I could still get a good price. I brought all four pieces to sell, but the staff member weighed one piece and said: "We only buy one piece per person. Are you with anyone else? We can sell more if you're not with anyone else." Since I was alone, I managed to sell one piece and take three back home. On the morning of February 1st, 2026, I went to B again and sold another piece, leaving me with two pieces. Although I really wanted to sell them all to finalize the deal, they didn't buy many at once. On the afternoon of February 1st, 2026, I took my wife with me to B to sell the remaining two pieces of land. That day, a male manager from B was sitting at the counter buying the land. When he saw that both pieces of land weighed over 10 taels, he told me to go inside and get bolt cutters to cut them down, saying they would only buy 10 taels per person at a time. I went inside and got the pliers to cut down the two pieces to reduce their weight so we could proceed with the sale. While waiting for the gold test results, my previous customer was informed: The gold is contaminated with volts and will not be purchased. Next up: My wife and I both received two consecutive results: Gold is experiencing volume issues, no buying. They told me I needed to XEM the source of my gold. At the time, I didn't understand and didn't realize the seriousness of the situation. When I contacted chatgpt that evening, I learned the following information: Gold contaminated with high concentrations of sodium is extremely dangerous and virtually no one buys it at regular shops. On February 2nd, 2026, I went to B to report to the male manager about the incident where three consecutive customers tested positive for the virus, requesting that the establishment implement testing measures to protect my rights. However, the male manager did nothing and told me to XEM the source of the goods. On February 5th, 2026, I brought the remaining gold that hadn't been melted down by B to Doji to sell (the part that was cut off on the afternoon of February 1st, 2026 at B, and also to get the result of the remaining gold and verify it with B). After receiving my gold, 20 minutes later a Doji employee came out to tell me I could get it back. They said it had to be melted down before they could inspect it. Because a piece cut from a gold bar like this wouldn't be inspected. *** I request that Doji protect my rights: 1. Doji: - Please provide the factory release documents and quality inspection certificate for the gold you sold to me. 2. Buy back all of my remaining gold. If the issue is not resolved within the next 72 hours, I will file a complaint with the Department of Industry and Trade and the Market Management Department to protect my rights and investigate the gold trading process with the establishment in question. Verify the origin and quality of the gold that Doji sold me; clarify the threats made by the Doji female manager regarding the false accusation that I illegally sold the gold I bought from Doji. Why, after selling me the whole gold bar, did they force me to "re-cut" it into smaller portions of less than 8 taels at a time when I resold it, something I've never heard of? @Update on the incident. February 6, 2026 I'd like to update you on the latest developments as of February 6, 2026. Please like this comment so everyone can read it! Yesterday, thanks to the information spread by members of this group, both Doji and B called me to invite me to work with them. I chose Doji because they are the source of everything. Doji conducts gold quality testing as shown in the image below, and I have compiled the following noteworthy information: The total actual weight from start to finish, including the portion sold by side B, is 53.2365 taels, matching the purchase invoice of 53.2386 taels. The loss is negligible due to cutting into smaller pieces. The gold purity on the Doji inspection certificate is 99.99; therefore, there is no scientific basis to say that B caused the contamination with vol. If B had caused the contamination, the weight would have increased. Doji paid for the gold as of February 6, 2026. Doji suggested deleting the post, but I responded very clearly while the payment was still pending: The Primary Network community is the one helping me reclaim my rights, so I must express my gratitude and inform everyone. I am determined not to delete the post, even if Doji returns the gold or puts any pressure on me. I would like to thank everyone in the group for Chia this post to help me reclaim my rights. I would like to edit the article regarding the section concerning B because there is currently insufficient scientific evidence to support their claims.
