Currently, many people seem to be getting burned, extremely so. Technical analysis is insignificant compared to market trends. Whether it's gold or US stocks, data has little to do with them. They rise or fall as they're supposed to. Data is useful before the big players start their manipulation, but if you keep trading in waves, you'll eventually get fleeced. No one in this world can fight the trend. What we can do is observe more and act less, waiting for the right opportunity to seize it.
