The most frustrating time was when I helped a long-time fan buy an SOL phone, handling everything from the shipping address to all the miscellaneous stuff.
Then, when I asked for his email address so he could receive the phone, we started chatting, but he stopped replying. I waited and waited, and when there was no response, I gave up.
Now this fan is contacting me saying he needs to get the phone back quickly. What the hell?!
Isn't this surreal?
