Sometimes I wish the entire memespace picked one coin and sent it with pure conviction. The last time that happened was $PEPE. It hit $10B. Attentionspan is shorter now. Will we ever see a pepe type run again?

1. Lift weights 2. Drink water 3. Eat whole foods 4. Limit alcohol intake 5. Get 8 hours of sleep 6. Get 7 to 10k steps a day 7. Get out in nature 30-60 minutes a day Get these right and you'll be physically and mentally healthier than 95% of the population.

There's a fine line between conviction and delusion with trading. Conviction is important to ignore noise and price action but if something fundamentally changes your trade needs to change too. Delusion is when you ignore everything and refuse to accept being wrong.

Always buy the dip. As long as we are in a bull market. When we transition into a bear market, you stop buying the dip, and sell the bounces. Most people get rekt because they are too late to reckognize the transition from bull to bear - they double down on dips and don't sell rips. Then they just end up hodling for another 4 years because of the 'tek'. Kek...

The optimal trade was boring. Buy BTC at $15–20k. Sell above $100k. 5–6x. Outperform 99% of CT. Alts are just a leverage bet on a ponzi.

I believe the next 4-8 weeks will be better for the trenches. What projects should I look more into?
