Apps go down whether they run on Ethereum, Facet, or Base. That’s just the nature of apps. But like Ethereum, Facet never stops. Even if every app went down, you could still transact. During the Alchemy outage our node and apps went down, but the protocol kept running. Every tx still went through. Facet is unstoppable. 🚀

cool, we’ll see how it goes. i strongly disagreed in the past that a bridge can be meaningfully decoupled from an L2 (sov rollups are just rollups with bad bridges) but i see that the team is open to consider different approaches, we’ll see if it’s true. twitter.com/donnoh_eth/status/...
