Real estate has always lacked high-frequency sentiment data. This move by Polymarket changes that dynamic by offering a more responsive reflection of market expectations. A sophisticated addition to the on-chain ecosystem.

Last week, @CNBC used Parcl Labs data as the more current standard to show what real-time housing data captures vs. the 3-month-lagged Case-Shiller. Housing doesn’t move quarterly. Prices move daily.
