SEC Chair Paul Atkins said “most crypto assets are not securities.”
The SEC and CFTC classified $XRP, $BTC, $ETH, $SOL, $ADA and others as “digital commodities”, outside securities laws.
“We’re not the Securities and Everything Commission anymore,” he added.
