Since 2016, I’ve seen the same pattern repeat:
When macro gets noisy, teams look outward for answers.
The ones who survive look inward for controllable factors.
You can’t control TGA.
You can’t control the Fed.
You can control milestones.
Small wins don’t fix markets.
They fix morale, clarity, and momentum.
And that’s usually enough to outlast the noise.
Cycles don’t kill products.
Drift does.
