2️⃣ Time zone advantage: Living in the Middle East, US stocks close before midnight, which is good for health. Can simultaneously connect to Chinese, US, and European markets.
3️⃣ Web3 friendly: Government actively supports
4️⃣ Golden visa: Buy a house worth 200 million AED (about $55,000) to obtain permanent residency, with no residency requirements. Medical care, education, banking, and company setup are excellent here.
Drawbacks: Desert climate, lack of forests and nature. But frequent business travel can compensate for this regret.
