So many new marketing and creator agencies popping up lately. Here’s a recommendation for you, focus on getting deal flow. That’s the lifeblood of your business, not the size of your creator network. Everyone can onboard creators in a Discord or build an app for that. But only the agencies that manage to attract deal flow will survive into spring. And here’s a word of caution, getting deal flow now is harder than ever. You better be aggressive and move with urgency.

Abolish fancy websites. Basic text + image websites > fancy websites with scroll animations. Fancy scroll animations do one thing to potential customers: distract people from your message. Nobody ever bought anything because of a smooth animation effect.
