[Incident Response Timeline]
- An incorrect payment occurred on February 6th at 7:00 PM → Account transactions and withdrawals were blocked at 7:35 PM → Recovery began at 7:40 PM
- Three announcements were made from dawn to evening on February 7th, and the Financial Supervisory Service conducted an on-site inspection.
- All BTC, including those sold, were recovered by 10:42 PM on February 7th.
[Compensation Plan]
- Compensation payments will begin sequentially starting today.
- KRW 20,000 will be paid to all users who were online at the time.
- Customers who sold at a low price: 100% of the difference in losses + consolation money. 10%
