It's not about price, yet builders have been on a decline for well over a year now.
→ Developer activity peaked in May 2025.
→ Activity is back to Jan 2024 levels.
Until builders get interested in this space again I don't see a meaningful recovery.
Build it and they will come.

What worries me most isn’t price.
