还有一个令人悲伤的消息…… Cosmos Hub 已无法再作为 Hub 运行。 追回IBC客户的提案未能通过，完全是因为未达到法定人数。 仅有36.61%的选民投票赞成该提案，而所需的最低赞成票数为40%。 这意味着通过 IBC 中继连接到Cosmos Hub 的网络不再能保证在发生故障时连接能够恢复，这可能导致用户的代币永久滞留在其他网络中，进一步降低Cosmos Hub 作为枢纽的使用率。 由于 @cosmoslabs 已接管Cosmos Hub 的管理工作，因此目前发生的一切责任完全在于他们。 他们未能履行“领导”职责，也无法激励验证者对技术提案进行投票。 他们在干什么？他们在出卖自己的脸，但可惜的是，这并没有影响到 $ATOM 的价格。
