关于激励机制和基金会 用投资者的资金回购代币完全是资金错配。对于任何初创公司来说，这都是一种低效的资金使用方式。 这就是基金会（以及如果资金来源于实验室）的结构性缺陷。 一旦团队开始积极交易自己的代币，他们很快就会意识到，这比实际开发产品要有利可图得多。 说实话，既然可以直接交易自己控制的代币并赚取更多利润，为什么还要费力寻找产品市场契合度（在加密货币领域这非常困难）呢？ 我一直以来都反对基金会模式。由于这些扭曲的激励机制，大多数拥有活跃基金会的项目从设计上来说就完全不值得投资。 （超流动性）
