This network should be universal, using a universal gas fee and supporting a wide range of stablecoins.
@SeiNetwork, tbh, should cover a few things before replacing SWIFT:
+ Stablecoin support: many more need to be on Sei
+ Security: a clear and straightforward standard for asset transfers
+ Regulatory adoption: being licensed
