Odaily Odaily News: A former employee who allegedly recently carried out a $1.9 million vulnerability attack on pump.fun claims that he has been arrested and prosecuted in the UK and is currently on bail. On May 16, an X user named "STACCoverflow" claimed responsibility for the attack and has posted to confirm that his name is Jarett Dunn. pump.fun said that he used his "privileged position" to access "withdrawal rights" and undermined the protocol's system. In a series of posts on another X account on May 18, Dunn claimed that he was "detained overnight because the pump team claimed that I stole (US$2 million)" and conspired to steal another $80 million, adding that he was "on bail and receiving mental health treatment."
