In other news, CryptoSapiens has got some rebranding going on social media. They moved away from their initial design which had soft tones, flowing shapes, and a playful nature to one having sharp lines, intense colors, and an urban vibe. The overall effect is bold and contemporary.
Speaking about bold, you can reach out to the bCard team if you have or know any community that would love to have a card. The partnership with Nouns to ship the Nouns card was a success and there is room for other communities to get theirs. Cheers to building a bridge from web3 to the real world.

🗳 Three Options To Move Forward
From the outline for the Proposed DAO Reorg Working Edition (3rd Edition, 5/22/24) posted on the Forum, three options regarding the path forward for the DAO have been outlined. The outcome of this snapshot vote will determine the trajectory of the DAO moving forward. Therefore, if you are a tlBANK holder, please make sure to vote on the Snapshot proposal.

The first out of many snapshot proposals has been posted in line with the DAO Re-org process. The proposal contains items to gauge the overall sentiment on whether we should continue operating or liquidate the DAO’s treasury.
The Proposal Specifications
This initial vote serves two main purposes:
To assess the responsiveness of our community members in this Space, and determine how many tlBANK holders are actively engaged.
To gauge the sentiment on our three potential paths forward:
- Reorganize the DAO, taking on whatever form that may entail.
- Liquidate the Vault and distribute the proceeds to BANK holders.
- Liquidate the Vault and distribute the proceeds to tlBANK holders.
The Voting Process
To ensure a comprehensive understanding of our community's preferences, this vote will employ a ranked-choice voting system. Participants are requested to rank their preferences accordingly.
Depending on the results, a hybrid liquidation plan may be proposed, which would involve distributing the treasury funds to both BANK and tlBANK holders.
