Only a few cryptocurrencies have surpassed meme coins this cycle. Despite their long dominance, these tokens may not be taking a back seat anytime soon.
Additionally, investors will likely want to allocate some of their capital to these cryptocurrencies in the new month. BeInCrypto’s meme coins to watch out for in July are as follows:
MAGA leans into Trump's campaign
MAGA, a cryptocurrency launched in honor of US presidential candidate Donald Trump, took first place, and it's not hard to see why. The US presidential election is scheduled to be held in November, with the first debate taking place on Thursday, June 27.
MAGA, which launched a few months ago as one of Trump's 'Make America Great Again' narrative meme coins, reached a market capitalization of $263 million in the last week of May.
However, as of this writing, its value has decreased to $161 million, mostly due to profit-taking. Since its launch, the price of MAGA has increased by a whopping 5,034%.
Technical analysis on the 4-hour chart suggests that its value may rise further in July. At press time, MAGA is trading at $0.00032. The 4-hour chart also looks at indicators including moving average convergence divergence (MACD) and supertrends.
Supertrends help traders identify market trends and spot buy and sell signals. MACD, on the other hand, subtracts the 26-day EMA from the 12-day EMA to determine whether the trend is bullish or bearish.
At press time, the green portion of the supertrend is below MAGA's price, specifically $0.00029. This means a buy signal for meme coins. Since the red zone is not close, MAGA may reach $0.00038 in the near term.
However, MACD is still negative, indicating weak momentum. In this case, Meme Coin could go back to $0.00025. However, buyers can take advantage of discounts. Therefore, the price of Maga could rise to $0.00042 before the end of July.
Geo Boden's decline could be an opportunity
Hot on the heels of the MAGA meme coin is BODEN. The reason for this coin's inclusion became clear, especially as political tensions in the United States increased. Max Jones, founder of Memepad, explained this in a recent statement.
“ Politify Memecoin is a reflection of the public image of the industry in relation to the ongoing election campaign in the United States.” Jones says:
On June 27, the price of Boden was $0.13, down 12% from June 26. However, the meme coin continued to plummet after the first public debate, with its price plummeting to $0.080.
Additionally, the formation of a descending triangle on the 4-hour chart shows that BODEN is close to the bottom.
This pattern is characterized by a series of lower highs and a flat trend line that acts as support. In this case, low demand may lead to the continuation of the bearish pattern. The Awesome Oscillator measures momentum and supports a decline to $0.060.
However, if bulls defend this zone, BODEN's price could recover and retest $0.15 in July.

Frog-themed PEPE rises
Pepe is one of the representative meme coins based on Ethereum. With the imminent launch of the Ethereum spot ETF, this will be a coin to watch in July.
At press time, PEPE is trading at $0.000012. However, the price is above the 20 EMA (blue), which is the average price of the cryptocurrency over the past 20 trading days. The token will not be adjusted unless PEPE falls below this price.
Additionally, the relative strength index (RSI), which measures momentum, is rising. If this trend continues, we could see $0.000015 retested in July. However, if the prediction is rejected, it could fall to $0.000011.
Popcat prices have fallen, but can they rebound?
Notable stocks include POPCAT, one of the top meme coins on the Solana blockchain. In the last 24 hours , the price of Popcat has increased by 16.58%. Looking at the Bollinger Bands (BB) on the 4-hour chart, we can see that the token is showing high volatility.
In addition to volatility, BB also shows whether a cryptocurrency is overbought or oversold. If the upper band of the indicator touches the price, it is oversold. Conversely, if the lower band touches the price, it is oversold.
Previously, the upper band touched POPCAT at $0.60, indicating that the token was oversold. A retracement followed, and as of this writing it is trading at $0.54. The relative strength index (RSI), which initially exceeded 70.00, also showed the same figure.
As upward momentum declines, Popcat may reverse to $0.49. It could also fall to $0.42 if many holders book profits.
When this happens, it can present traders with another buying opportunity. The token may also replicate its recent performance in July. In this case, the Popcat price could reach $0.67.
Movement toward the revival of DogWeHat (WIF)
There were predictions that WIF would reach $5 in April, but the price reached an all-time high.
Meme Coin, which hit $4.84, went through a correction phase on June 23rd where its price plummeted to $1.59.
However, in the last 24 hours, the value of the cryptocurrency has increased by 3.51%. The Funds Flow Index (MFI), trading at $2.106, shows that capital is starting to flow back into the WIF market.
A rise in this number is a sign of inflow of buying power. If this trend continues, I don't think the WIF price will hit new all-time highs, but targets between $2.47, $2.98, and $3.35 for July seem plausible.
Another factor that could push the price higher is the recent optimization of the Solana ETF subscription , especially since WIF is the top meme coin on the blockchain.

In conclusion, here are some other meme coins to look forward to. One of them is BOBBY, named after Robert Kennedy Jr., another candidate running for President of the United States.
BOBBY's market capitalization is $87.36 million, which is much lower than Boden and Maga. Meanwhile, Max Jones added that this token is in the mix.
“As the campaign heats up, these memory coins can serve as a check on popularity among each candidate. “It is yet to be seen which memecoins will stand the test of time, but for now, they serve as a rare litmus test for Trump, Biden, and RKF.” These are the words of the founder of MemoPad.
