Bitwise Submits Revised S-1 for Ethereum Spot ETF, Plans to Waive Fees within a Limited Time

Odaily Odaily News: In a document submitted to the U.S. SEC on July 3, Bitwise revised its S-1 registration statement for its Ethereum spot ETF in advance, including waiving fees for the first $500 million of trust assets in the first six months. The document did not include a specific launch date for listing and trading on the New York Stock Exchange Arca, but stated that it would be launched "as soon as possible" after the registration effective date. (Cointelegraph) Earlier, Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart wrote on the X platform: "Seeing that Bitwise Invest has submitted another revised S-1 form for its Ethereum ETF, it is expected that more other issuers will submit the form during the rest of this week. We believe that the spot Ethereum ETF product may be listed later next week or the week of July 15."
